Q. I’m interested in buying a paperback novel…how does the payment work?

The site uses Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, don’t worry, just click the “Buy Now” button on any of the book pages and follow the on-screen instructions. You will then be given the option to “Pay by Card” or “Sign in as Guest” depending upon the options you are given. On a side note, if you have Amazon Prime it may be cheaper for you to place your order directly through Amazon because, while the book cost is more expensive, you will save the delivery cost.

Q. I’m interested in buying a paperback novel…how does the shipment work?

Once you have made your payment, your order will be processed within 24 hours and fulfilled by www.amazon.co.uk within their stated timescales.

Q. My order hasn’t arrived…what do I do?

Please don’t worry. Email me at info @ benjaminstones.co.uk and we will sort it out. You will need to provide me with your Paypal payment reference number which will have been emailed to you at the end of the payment process.

Q. I want to cancel my order?

Please email me at info @ benjaminstones.co.uk as soon as you can. You will need to provide me with your Paypal payment reference. If the paperback has already shipped from Amazon, then I will not be able to cancel the order.

Q. Can I buy an eBook rather than the paperback?

Yes. On each book page of www.benjaminstones.co.uk you will find a link to the eBook usually sold through Amazon.
